We’re enrolling for the 2020-2021 school year!
Bringing kids to school may feel different now that we’re in the “new normal” of coronavirus. Here at SVLC, our board and directors have spent many, many hours determining the best practices that will allow us to operate and stay open during coronavirus. We refer to the CDC, AZ Department of Health and have consulted experts, and continue to do so. According to our research of credible sources we arrived at an operating guide. We now pride ourselves as being what many parents call “the safest place to be” during COVID.
1. We practice a health protocol each day. We created this daily system for disinfecting, preventing potential germ-spreading, and monitoring kids’ health:

2. Our families have agreed to practice a safety protocol at home that mimics the stay-at-home orders issued when things shut down. We operate like one household, or pod, in the sense that we all have a “common destiny.” Whatever one family is exposed to, well, all the others are too. The kids bring all the germs home with them. We respect that families entrust us with their children and likewise, now extend that trust to the other families. Because play-groups are out the window, our families are now meeting together to play.
3. Preschoolers are together all day so maintaining physical distance practices at all times is not possible. We believe we’re in the coronavirus world for the long haul. If you are a new family considering joining us, yes, you’re requested to adopt these practices during times of high transmission to ensure safety for everyone.

For information, please contact us and complete our enrollment inquiry form. We look forward to serving you!
